The first night, we were awakened several times by drunk students returning from a night out. The staff moved us to another floor the following day. Generally, the staff is nice and accommodating. However, the hotel is a bit tired, the restaurant is average, and the breakfast is okay. It was not an entirely bad experience, but I doubt I would stay here again.

Terrible hotel. Customers' belongings are stolen from the rooms and lobby. Moreover, the reception staff cooperates with the thieves, receiving a percentage of the thefts. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very terrible and sad hotel.

This hotel was perfectly located. You. Can walk to the beach in a few mins. There were so many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The rooms were clean and bug free. Breakfast was very good in the mornings. Staff were friendly and very pleasant

Really great hotel. Well worth the money. Stayed for two nights hotel gave us keys as soon as we arrived. Staff were very nice. Hotel had space for our bags after check out and ensured they were kept safe. Room was very clean and tidy, cleaners came to the room and made beds changed towels.

Stayed here recently for five nights and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Barcelona. The hotel itself is 30mins from the airport cost us €35 and has a bus stop right outside the door to get you to all the major attractions in Barcelona. The H16 bus gets you to Placa del. Catalunya in 20 mins and the 59 will take you to las Ramblas via the seafront in about the same time. If you don’t want to pre-buy a bus ticket you can just tap as you go for each trip. Although the area is very quiet at night time the buses run late and you get dropped directly at the hotel door. There was a few nights we got off one stop early to use the supermarket and walked the 5 mins to the hotel and we felt very safe as its well lit up and the street is good and wide and we only encountered a few locals out walking their dogs. Pobelnou is 10 min walk away if you want to check out that area and the beach is a 5 min walk. We had a room on the 6th floor over looking the pool which was very quiet even during the day as the hotel seemed to be favoured by a slightly older crowd. Breakfast was very well presented good choice of foods to suit everyone. Room was spacious and the air con worked great when you finally mastered the controls nothing too technical. All in all we had a lovely 5 night stay here and would definitely return
